The partial ocean view from my Luxury Suite Two Double Beds was a highlight that made mornings beautiful. The housekeeping staff consistently provided excellent service, ensuring our suite was clean and comfortable. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a delightful spot to relax and unwind, making it the best part of the stay.
Dining options were below expectations, lacking variety and freshness.

The food was a solid highlight with fresh meats and a variety of options! We really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff—everyone was super welcoming, especially Maria from guest services. The family suite we stayed in had stunning ocean views that left us in awe!
A glass fell behind my daughter while we were dining. Thankfully, no one got hurt, but they definitely need to rethink their placement!

The resort offers a lovely beachfront, great for morning walks, and we had a fantastic time at the pool and water park. However, the dining options were disappointing, especially for kids. breakfast started too late, and there was no food available for early risers. Additionally, noise from live music disrupted bedtime on a couple of nights, making it difficult to settle down the little ones.

It was just an ideal choice for taking strolls in Cancun with great value for the money. The staff really went above and beyond, especially Jose May, who took excellent care of our dietary needs. Bring enough water bottles for your family, as they don’t refill them in rooms.
